Cervin VentureCervin Ventures is a venture capital firm that actively invests in visionary entrepreneurs and innovative companies that aim to disrupt the B2B software space. Their extensive experience with enterprise technologies, as both investors and operators, enables them to provide their partners with commercialization acceleration support, operating experience, and access to a vast network of partners. Neeraj has a Bachelors in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Punjab University in India and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama. He is also a Kauffman fellow.
Neeraj is one of Cervin Venture's Managing Directors. He has extensive experience in IT services, telecom, media, and growth industries. He was the founder and CEO of the Cymbal Corporation, an IT services company focused on telecom operators that was later acquired by Patni Computer Systems in 2004 where he went on to serve as a member of the executive team. Earlier in his career, he has held engineering and product management positions in firms such as Octel (acquired by Lucent) and Genesys (acquired by Alcatel) which have all contributed to his wealth of experience in the global IT services space.

Rashmi leads enterprise software investments for Microsoft Ventures in the Bay Area and brings a strong combination of venture capital and startup operating experience to the managing team. Prior to Microsoft Ventures, she served as the Investment Director at Intel Capital with a focus on cloud, infrastructure, and big data companies. Her expertise in global business development has contributed to the growth of startups such as Couchbase and BlueData and has served in product development positions at GE and Oracle. Rashmi has an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai in India.
